Summer Camp Experience—June 9th thru August 7th
Our summer camp experience is designed for school-aged students from 5 to 11 years old; and is filled with fun, adventure and educational programming. We are dedicated to ensuring that your student retain information from the school year and utilize the summer to have a great time while reinforcing reading and math skills.
The Summer Camp Packet 2014 will include registration form and camp rules and policies. It is important to read the complete packet and return with the required registration fee of $25 (non-refundable & includes the cost for the Camp T-shirt) The weekly cost of our summer camp is $85.00 and includes Breakfast, lunch and snacks. Please note the following:
1. All field trips and fee-based experiences must be paid one week in advance.
2. Parents have the option to review the calendar and choose which field trips and/or experiences their student(s) will participate in. All trips and fee-based experiences must be paid one week in advance.
3. Camp t-shirts are required for all field trips taking place off campus at a cost of $10.00
Summer Camp hours are from 7:00 am—6:00 pm. We do ask that students arrive each day by 10:00 am in order to allow our Camp Coordinators to plan for the day’s attendance and activities. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are included in our Summer Camp experience. On field trip days, a sack lunch may be provided, parents are advised to review the field trip calendar for further details. We ask our campers to bring a water drink container with his or her name written on the bottle. This will reduce plastic bottle waste and better care for our
Please note that toys and small electronics are not permitted (i.e. Gameboys, ipods, toys, balls, dolls, etc.). Students who bring these items against our policy will assume all risk in the event said items are lost or misplaced. Camp Coordinators will not be responsible for said items.
We have a full range of activities being planned for the summer which include Reading Essentials, Math Explorers, team-building, Vacation Bible School, Spanish for kids, sports activities, arts, crafts and more. We are excited about the possibilities the summer will bring for learning and fun.
